You’ve received an upsell request!
Take these actions to make sure that you are responding to that request.
Ensure you're alerted to manual upsell requests by enabling upsell notifications in your User panel. For more information on setting up notifications, visit this article.
You may filter the guests who have pending activities, such as upsell requests, using the Enso Messaging panel. Alternatively, you can filter for the same thing in the CRM.
3. Every time an upsell is requested, a blue banner will appear on your guest's booking panel. From there, either confirm or deny the request.
💡 The customers' boarding pass must be refreshed to view the modifications after confirming the upsell.
