Adjusting guest check-in time for early access

In your line of work, demands for early check-ins are typical. You can profit from these requests using Enso, and here's how:

A Stripe account needs to be connected to your Enso account in order to display the upsells in the Boarding Pass.

  1. In your account, create an upsell for early check-in using the existing template.

  2. Adapt the upsell's pricing and content in accordance with your policies.

    Consider adding 'Upsell Options' with varying early check-in times and prices to maximize your revenue. Learn more about this here.

  3. Ensure your upsell menu has this option at the top. To find out more about changing the order of your upsell options, click this link.

  4. Your clients will see this option in their boarding pass and can purchase it from there.

Pro tip

  • You can still proceed with the steps and charge $0 if you would like to provide your guest the option of an early check-in for free. This will ensure that the guest has access to the check-in instructions based on the updated check-in time.

  • Upsells are, by default, manually reviewed and approved. You can turn this off if you think an early check-in doesn't need to be manually handled.

  • Verify that you have enabled upsell notifications. Enter your Business Settings > Users > Choose a User > Notifications > Custom > Check "When guest purchases/pays for" to accomplish this.
