How can I review and approve upsells?

You’ve received an upsell request!

Take these actions to make sure that you are responding to that request.

Prerequisite

Make sure you have upsell notifications enabled in your user panel so you are aware of manual upsell requests. For more information on setting up notifications, visit this article.

Reviewing Upsells

Method 1: Dashboard

Your dashboard filters out upcoming guests for a specific period based on the time period filter you've set. This is customizable.

At the same time, it also filters any pending upsell requests for that period.

  1. Go to the dashboard.

  2. Update the date filter or listing group as needed.

  3. Click the 'Upsells' tab.

  4. Verify and act on each request.

Method 2: Inbox > Pending actions

You may filter the guests who have pending actions, such as upsell requests, using the Enso Messaging panel.

3. A blue banner will appear on your guest's booking panel with the optins to approve or decline the request.

💡 The customers' boarding pass must be refreshed to view the modifications after confirming the upsell.
