What is an automated message?

Whether it’s at the booking confirmation stage, pre-check-in, check-in, checkup, or check-out, you can create an automated message.

Automated messages are preconfigured messages that are sent when certain conditions are met.

An automated message can be a guest message delivered via SMS, an email, a WhatsApp message, or an Airbnb message. It can also be certain types of OTA messages, depending on if you use a PMS that allows for this type of functionality or not.

An automated message can also be a data exchange between Enso Connect and a different system of your choice delivered by Webhook.

It can also be a message sent to someone else (a team member, an owner, a cleaner, or other people) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
