For Airbnb, messaging is simple: you get full access to Airbnb messaging, along with the ability to send SMS and emails. A built-in Airbnb popup also shows messaging availability.
For Booking.com and VRBO, messaging has been more limited due to restricted third-party API access. But that’s changing.
What was the previous limitation with VRBO messaging?
Previously, Enso Connect replaced the VRBO-provided email with the guest’s personal email, which limited communication to email and SMS. Now, both the OTA inbox and the guest’s personal email are supported, giving you more flexibility.
