Welcome to the Business Settings section! Here, you have the opportunity to tailor your Enso Connect account to reflect your brand and meet your operational needs.

📚 Here’s what you can expect to explore in this section:

🏷️ Branding

Personalize your guest experience with your brand identity.

  • Logo: Upload your business logo to add a professional touch.

  • Brand, Font & Background Colors: Customize the appearance of your Boarding Pass to match your brand's aesthetic.

  • Multi-Branding: Easily manage multiple branding options across different properties. Make sure to link the brands to their corresponding listing group!

🔗 Connected Accounts

Property Management System (PMS)

Your Property Management System (PMS) will be displayed here, allowing for easy manual syncing of listings and bookings if needed.

Here is how to connect your PMS to Enso.

Stripe

Connecting your Stripe account is a breeze. Just navigate to Stripe > Connect Account. This step is required for setting up fees and upsells!

Our platform supports multiple Stripe accounts for your convenience. Here is the step by step guide to connect your Stripe account!

Airbnb

If you see an Airbnb ‘Connect Account’ option, please follow the steps below to connect your Airbnb account and start communication with guests through our platform:

  1. Click on Airbnb > Connect Account to connect one or multiple accounts. Please make sure you are logged out of your Airbnb account before clicking on Connect Account to ensure you log in using the correct credentials.

  2. Connecting an Airbnb account will bring you to a new tab where you will have to approve the connection.

  3. Once your account is paired, go to Enso > Airbnb > View Account > Sync Listings > Sync Bookings (please note that listings may take some time to fully sync in Enso)

  4. The final step is to click on Pair Listings, which will take you to a popup showing Enso Listings on the left and Airbnb listings on the right. Simply click on the Enso listing on the left and then the appropriate Airbnb listing on the right to pair them together.

You can connect multiple Airbnb accounts by repeating this process!


💬 Messaging

Emails

Your Enso email (e.g., [email protected]) is automatically created based on your account name.

If you want to send communications from a different address, simply click Add Email and make sure to follow the instructions on Enso to link your account. You can find the steps here.

Phone Numbers & SMS

Text messaging is a great way to stay connected with your guests.To enable SMS, navigate to Business Settings > Messaging > Phone Number in the Enso Connect dashboard and click Enable SMS by following the on-screen instructions. Make sure a valid phone number is added to your account.

Keep in mind that SMS is a paid feature, but you can view our pricing here: view SMS pricing here.

Add a Display Number for Boarding Pass visibility. This number will be used as a guest contact, but not for message sending.

When SMS is enabled, messages will be sent from a number pool. If you want to ensure all messages come from the same number, you can purchase a Managed Phone Number via Add Phone. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing that all your messages will come from one number only.

👥 Users

Don't forget to invite your team members to join Enso!

You can assign roles to each team member by selecting the appropriate User Type. Make sure everyone receive the most important notifications, you can configure them to be sent via SMS, Email, or Mobile (just keep in mind that SMS notifications count toward your monthly charges).

🧾 Billing

Here we provide a monthly overview of your billing from the start of your time with Enso. This will include your floor pricing, price per listing, and any add-ons you may have.


🔑 Devices

Follow these simple steps to add smart devices to your account:

1. Click Add Device and select your supported brand (make sure pop-ups are enabled for the next step).

2. Log in with your device credentials.

3. To avoid any extra charges, don't forget to delete any unused devices.

4. Pair each device to a listing using Edit Listing.

5. Make sure backup codes are generated if your device supports it. This is essential for a correct setup!

If you ever run into any pairing issues, you can use the Manual Sync feature to refresh your devices and retrieve backup codes.

💡 To complete the setup process, make sure to pair your devices to a Check-in Step at a Listing level.
