Enso Connect matches the message thread in Enso Connect with the appropriate message thread in Airbnb by using the pairing. This step is crucial to ensuring that the integration sends your Airbnb messages successfully.
The steps are as follows:
Go into Business Settings.
Connected Accounts.
Airbnb > Select the correct Airbnb account for the listing.
Click 'Pair Listings.'
This will display a pop-up window with a two-column table with Airbnb listings on the right and the Enso Connect listings on the left.
Locate and click on the Enso listing on the left-hand side, then select "Pair" next to the Airbnb listing on the right-hand side.
Once you pair your listings, close the pop-up windown and click on Manually Sync Bookings to make sure your messaging is linked to all bookings.
Troubleshooting
The Airbnb listing does not appear
Ensure that the Airbnb account is connected in Enso Connect (Business Settings > Connected Accounts > Airbnb)
Sync the Airbnb listings manually by going into Business Settings > Connected Accounts > Airbnb > select the account > click 'Manually Sync Listings.'
