You’ve set up automated verification in order to best screen your guests. As such, you want to be notified if a guest verification is flagged for review or fails entirely, allowing you to manually intervene.
You need to enable notifications to stay updated on failed verifications or flagged verifications by the automated verification services (like Superhog and Autohost).
To do that, you will need to:
Go into your Business Settings.
Go to Users.
Select a specific user.
Select the notification type (SMS, Email, Mobile).
Note that mobile notifications require the mobile Enso App which is available to download on iOS and Android
Under ‘Custom’, add a check mark on “When guest is flagged for additional verification”.
