New Content Editor: Build, Preview, and Publish Guest Content with Ease

Creating guest-facing content is now faster, clearer, and far more flexible.

We’ve introduced a new full-page Content Editor for upsells, fees, guidebooks, check-in steps, and check-out steps, so you can build polished Boarding Pass content without working inside cramped modals or rebuilding the same layouts from scratch.

Part 1 of Enso Connect’s biggest product update yet

The new Content Editor is the first part of the biggest product update in Enso Connect’s history. It lays the foundation for the AI orchestration platform Enso Connect is becoming, where your content, policies, operations, and AI work together in one connected system.

Part 2, our next-generation Content System update, is coming soon. Stay tuned.

Create once. Reuse anytime.

Save your best-performing content as pre-set templates directly in your Enso account. Start from scratch when needed, or copy an existing upsell, guidebook, fee, or step to move faster and keep your guest experience consistent.

Edit with confidence before guests see changes

The new editor introduces a draft workflow, giving your team more control over what goes live.

  • Changes are staged as drafts until you choose Save All

  • Use Discard All to remove pending edits

  • If you leave with unsaved changes, Enso will prompt you to save them or keep them as drafts

  • An Unpublished banner makes it clear when content is not visible to guests

You can also use the new Live / Not Live toggle to take content offline or bring it back live without deleting it or creating complicated visibility conditions.

See the Boarding Pass as you build

A phone-shaped Boarding Pass preview now sits beside the editor and updates as you type. This includes new check-in steps, so you can review the guest experience before saving and publishing.

A more flexible, block-based editor

Build content using blocks for text, headings, images, videos, places, buttons, and more. Reorder sections quickly, make edits in context, and create more engaging guest journeys without needing to start over.

Clearer pricing for guests

Guests can now see exactly what they will be charged. The Enso fee (5%) is included in the displayed price, so hosts do not need to calculate or communicate it separately.

All the core controls you already use remain available, including:

  • Descriptions

  • Visibility conditions

  • Pricing tiers

  • Auto-approve and manual-approve settings

We also restored the ability to add a custom link to a check-in step, linking guests directly to a URL, guidebook, or upsell.

New capabilities included with the editor

Upsell External Links

You can now create an upsell that sends guests to any external URL in a new browser tab, without using Stripe checkout.

This is ideal for services such as private chefs, partner experiences, affiliate offers, or services that require a conversation and custom quote after booking.

AI Translations

Save content in one language, and Enso can automatically translate it into all other selected languages in seconds.

AI Translations are available for:

  • Upsells

  • Fees

  • Guidebooks

  • Check-in steps

  • Check-out steps

AI translation is now enabled by default for new content, helping you deliver a consistent guest experience across languages with less manual work.

Note: Upsell names are not translated, protecting any conditions or automations that reference those names.

Link Buttons in Upsells and Guidebooks

Link buttons are now available again in upsells and guidebooks, bringing back parity with the previous editor and making it easier to direct guests to the next action.

Improved Video Embeds

We’ve fixed video migration and YouTube embed handling in the new editor, making it easier to bring rich video content into your Boarding Pass.

The new Content Editor gives your team one simpler place to build, review, translate, reuse, and publish every part of the guest journey.
