What changes were made to the Guest Journey design?

The Guest Journey now has a fresh, more intuitive layout designed to make onboarding and adding new properties much easier. Since scaling your business is ongoing, this new layout helps you manage multiple properties smoothly and efficiently.

What’s new in the Boarding Pass editor?

The new Boarding Pass editor is one of the most requested improvements from users. You can now:

  • Instantly preview edits to text, photos, and videos on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Update content quickly, from upsells and check-in steps to guidebooks, and see your changes reflected immediately.

  • Use a faster, more flexible editing experience that encourages creativity and accuracy when building your Boarding Pass.

With this update, you can now make real-time changes without switching between pages or guessing how your edits will appear. Updates to check-in instructions, images, or upsells instantly reflect in the live preview, helping you save time and minimize errors.
