To support compliance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), Enso Connect allows authorized admins to permanently delete guest data directly from the CRM.
⚠️ Important: Guest deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Who Can Delete Guest Data
Only Admin users with permission to write users can delete guest data.
Eligible admins will see a Delete Guest option in the CRM and can delete one or multiple guests at once.
How to Delete Guest Data
Navigate to the CRM page in your Enso Connect dashboard.
Use filters or search to locate the guest whose data needs to be deleted.
Select the guest by ticking the checkbox next to their name.
You may select one or multiple guests at the same time.
Click Delete in the upper-right corner of the page.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once confirmed, the guest’s data will be permanently deleted from Enso Connect.
What Happens When a Guest Is Deleted
When a guest deletion is initiated:
All personally identifiable information (PII) associated with the guest is permanently removed from Enso Connect.
This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
After the deletion is completed:
The admin who initiated the deletion will receive an email confirmation.
The email includes:
The Guest ID
The admin user who performed the deletion
The date and time (UTC) the deletion occurred
A copy of this email is automatically sent to [email protected] for Enso Connect’s internal GDPR compliance records.
Email Confirmation: What to Expect
Admins will receive an email titled “Guest Data Deletion Request” confirming:
All guest data stored in Enso Connect has been removed
The deletion is permanent
Additional systems outside of Enso Connect may require manual deletion
This email serves as an official record of the deletion request and completion.
