The Inbox in Enso Connect is where you manage all guest messages and booking-specific information in one place — making it easier to stay organized, respond quickly, and deliver a personalized guest experience.


What is the Inbox?

The Inbox brings together communication from every channel your guests use — so nothing gets missed. It also pulls in guest and booking data so your team has context while responding.

Use the Inbox to:

  • See every guest message in one place

  • Access booking details and guest history

  • Improve response speed and team coordination


Messaging Channels

You can send and receive messages with guests through:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Airbnb messages

  • Other OTA messaging systems where supported

Additional capabilities include:
✔ Generate a Boarding Pass link for guests
✔ Use AI to draft replies
Schedule messages for a specific guest or future time

✔ Respond faster with real-time AI suggestions and Copilot


Guest Data

The Inbox surfaces a guest’s history and context so your team can reply with confidence. Enso Connect syncs guest history from your PMS for up to two years prior to integration (if supported).

⚠️ If your PMS doesn’t support historical sync, older threads may be empty.


Guest Booking Panel

The right-hand panel in the Inbox shows detailed guest and booking information:

Key information you’ll find

  • Guest name, email & phone
    Synced from your PMS and updated once verified.

  • Guest sentiment
    AI-generated sentiment score based on message tone.

  • Guest tags
    Use tags to organize, filter, or trigger automations.

  • Response time, language, and notes
    See guest language, address, DOB (if collected), and add private internal notes.

  • Listing info
    View listing details and click the image to open full listing info.


Verification & Booking Steps

Track where the guest is in your verification and booking process:

  • Guest Details
    Updated and stored in Custom Fields.

  • ID Collection
    Manual collection or via partners like Superhog/AutoHost.

  • Agreement
    Download signed documents right from the panel.

  • Fees & Payments
    See purchases and choose to collect or refund fees.

  • Check-In / Check-Out
    Track the guest’s progress through arrival and departure steps.

  • Custom Fields
    See additional booking-level fields from your PMS or verification process.
