Connecting your PMS and integrations ensures Enso has the data it needs to automate messaging, sync bookings, power the Boarding Pass, and enable workflows like smart locks, guest screening, fees, and upsells.
Why Integrations Matter
Automates operations – Enso can send messages and trigger workflows automatically when bookings sync correctly.
Reduces manual work – Listings and reservations update automatically.
Unlocks advanced features – Stripe for payments, smart locks for access automation, verification partners for screening, etc.
How It Works in Enso Connect
Integrations are managed in your Business Settings > Connected Accounts
Property Management System (PMS)
Your connected PMS will appear here, and you can manually sync listings and bookings if needed.
✅ Connect your PMS using this guide.
Stripe
Stripe is required if you want to:
collect fees
offer upsells
manage security deposits or payments
Go to Stripe → Connect Account to complete setup.
Enso supports multiple Stripe accounts if needed. Here is the step by step guide to connect your Stripe accounts!
Airbnb
Not all PMS connections require an additional Airbnb Setup in Enso. If your account shows Airbnb → Connect Account, follow these steps:
Click Airbnb → Connect Account (log out of Airbnb first so you connect the correct account).
Approve the connection in the new tab.
In Enso: Airbnb → View Account → Sync Listings → Sync Bookings
Click Pair Listings and match Enso listings to Airbnb listings. Learn more about pairing here.
You can connect multiple Airbnb accounts by repeating the process!
Additional Integrations
In addition to your PMS and core integrations, this page will also display any additional services you have connected to Enso.
This includes:
Verification services enabled in your Guest Journey
Smart device accounts linked for your smart locks and connected devices
These integrations will remain visible on this page for as long as you are actively using them within Enso or have your Enso guest data linked to them.
‼️ Important note
Please refrain from deleting these integrations. Removing them may disrupt active guest journeys, automations, or device access, and could impact the guest experience.
