Below is an overview of each partner, the packages they offer, and how they can be enabled in your Enso Connect account.
Autohost
Autohost is a guest-screening and automation platform offering multiple packages based on the level of fraud protection and verification you require.
Automation Package
Collects guest IDs, but does not verify them—allowing you to view the documents.
Automatically triggers a review of high-risk guests with automated fraud detection and a risk assessment score.
Automation Plus Package
Collects and verifies guest IDs, ensuring they are valid and not expired.
Matches IDs to guest selfies for added security.
Automatically triggers a review of high-risk guests with fraud detection and risk scoring.
Full Background Check
Provides advanced ID verification along with background and credit score checks.
Validates IDs and matches them with guest selfies.
Automatically reviews high-risk guests with fraud detection and risk scoring.
Adds deeper analysis, including:
Credit score investigation
Criminal background checks
Searches of criminal databases and records
Sex offender registry checks
Note: Autohost is an add-on service. Once enabled in your Enso Connect account, charges are applied on a per-booking basis at the next billing period. You may create an Autohost account through Enso, or connect an existing Autohost account.
Truvi / Superhog
Truvi provides both guest verification and a guarantee for property damage protection of up to $5 million. Two packages are available:
Guest Screening Package
Government ID verification and biometric checks.
Includes the Know Your Guest service, which uses face-match technology to confirm guest identity.
Guests provide a real-time selfie and a photo of their government-issued ID.
Know Your Guest handles verification and contacts guests directly if inconsistencies arise.
Includes guest detail capture, ID verification, and biometric validation.
Guest Screening and Damage Protection Package
Builds on the screening package with database checks and damage protection of up to $5 million.
Know Your Guest validates data across multiple booking channels with ongoing authentication.
For validated bookings where guests fail to cover damage, reimbursement of up to $5 million is provided.
Includes email, mobile, and address verification; payment card validation; counter-fraud checks; CCJ checks; insolvency checks; and a $5 million host guarantee.

Chekin
Chekin is a guest verification solution that allows you to collect traveler details for each booking and automatically comply with local regulations by submitting guest data to authorities—a requirement in some countries.
Note: Chekin is an add-on service. Once enabled in your Enso Connect account, charges are applied on a per-listing basis, depending on the scope of activation (individual listings, listing groups, or all listings).
How to enable these addons
Now that you have learned about the different guest verification and guarantee partners that Enso Connect offers, here is how to enable them in your account!
1. Go to the listings tab in Enso and select the listing group or listing that you would like to enable a guest verification add-on for.
2. Select Guest Verification within your guest journey section.
3. Select Add verification settings to create them from scratch or from a template, or choose the Basic Verification package.
4. Go to ID Collection and click Add setting.
5. Select the guest verification option that you would like and click Enable.
You can now enable any of our verification partners directly within your Enso Connect account to enhance property protection, ensure guest safety, and improve overall functionality and experience.
