What are check-in instructions?

Check-in instructions guide guests through entering your property. They appear directly in the boarding pass, not as a separate message.

They can include:

  • Step-by-step directions with photos or videos

  • Smart lock codes (auto-filled if you’ve integrated your lock system)

  • Conditions to show specific steps only when needed

The goal: make the guest’s arrival seamless and self-explanatory.


How to set up check-in instructions

You can set them up either from the Guest Journey Editor (for listing groups) or directly from a Listing (for individual properties). Learn more about this here.
