What are check-in instructions?
Check-in instructions guide guests through entering your property. They appear directly in the boarding pass, not as a separate message.
They can include:
Step-by-step directions with photos or videos
Smart lock codes (auto-filled if you’ve integrated your lock system)
Conditions to show specific steps only when needed
The goal: make the guest’s arrival seamless and self-explanatory.
