Check-in instructions live in the boarding pass (not as separate messages). They walk guests through how to enter the property β€” from directions to locks to entry codes.

How to set up check-in instructions in Enso

  • Open the Guest Journey Editor or individual Listing page and set them up at a Listing or Listing Group level.

  • Add step titles, descriptions, and supporting media (photos/videos).

  • Insert conditional steps when needed (e.g., parking lot instructions only for guests that requested a parking lot space).

Best practices

  • Include photos or short videos for clarity.

  • Use simple, actionable text (e.g., Insert code, turn knob).

  • Use conditions to customize for different guests or booking types

  • Sync smart locks so codes appear automatically in relevant steps

  • Keep the flow consistent with your check-out instructions
