Check-out instructions guide guests through leaving your property smoothly and correctly. They appear directly in the boarding pass, not as a separate message.
They can include:
Step-by-step departure tasks (with photos or videos)
Smart lock or door closing steps (auto-filled if your lock system is integrated)
Trash disposal guidance and recycling rules
Key return details or drop-off instructions
Conditions to show specific steps only when needed (e.g., late check-out, pet stays)
The goal: make departure effortless, reduce mistakes, and keep turnovers running on time.
How to set up check-out instructions
You can set them up either from the Guest Journey Editor (for listing groups) or directly from a Listing (for individual properties). Learn more about this here.
