As of June 2025, OTA messaging is supported for VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, and Homeaway.
We recommend updating your automated messages for these booking channels by selecting the OTA message option:
This may need to be done to the rest of the automated messages set up in the listing group.

Caveats
Hostaway: When hosts send a message from Hostaway, it will only sync back to Enso when the guest replies to that message.
