Setting up Call Routing to your Office Phone

This setup enables you to receive all calls made to your Enso phone directly on your office phone.

Note that call forwarding is only available if you purchased a phone number from Enso.

Step 1: Go to your Business Settings > Messaging.

Step 2: Click the Edit icon on your Enso Phone.

Step 3: Add your office phone number to the "Redirect calls to" box.

This will forward all calls from your Enso Phone to this number.

Step 4: Save your changes.

If you did not purchase an Enso Phone, you will still be able to add your phone number. as a display phone, which will allow guests to see the phone number in the Boarding Pass and calls will route directly to that phone number.
