Why Brand Settings Matter
Branding helps guests feel confident they’re communicating with the right property or company. A clear logo, consistent colors, and accurate contact information create a seamless experience from the first message to check-out.
How to Update Your Brand Settings
Step 1: Access Business Settings
Click on the blue suitcase icon (last icon) on the left-hand side.
This icon is named Business Settings.
Click on Branding.
Click 'Create New'.
Step 2: Add Your Company Logo
Click Select Image to add your image.
Recommended format: PNG or JPG.
Suggested size: at least 300×100 pixels for best clarity.
✅ Tip: A transparent PNG works best if you want the background color to show through.
Step 3: Choose Font and Brand Colors
Select your Primary Color for buttons and highlights.
Add an Accent Color for secondary elements if desired.
This ensures the guest view, such as the Boarding Pass, reflects your brand identity.
❗ Note: Background color is set to Enso blue (#2F7AFB) by default. Feel free to customize.
✅ Tip: It is suggested to have a contrast between the background and font colors for better visibility.
Step 4: Update Contact Information
Enter or update:
Location
This will be important for your Upsells and Fees as it will affect the type of Stripe account you can connect to Enso Connect.
Email Signature
This email signature will apply to every email sent out - if you have multiple team members, we suggest not signing with a name, or else it will always sign with that name.
Direct Booking Website URL
The boarding pass is valid from reservation confirmation until checkout time.
After checkout, guests can only see "Leave a review" and "Book again."
Clicking on "Book again" redirects the guest to the direct booking website to avoid OTA fees.
Social Media Profiles
Choose the social media platforms you'd like to add from the available options (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
For each selected platform, input the respective URL.
❗ Notes:
On the guest’s boarding pass, your company logo will be displayed alongside social media platform logos.
Clicking on a platform logo (e.g., Instagram) redirects the guest to your landing page on that platform.
