How to Deal With Chargebacks in Your Vacation Rental: Get A Verification Report

Updated over a month ago

What is a guest verification report, and when would you need it?
A verification report is a downloadable document that captures all the key verification data a guest submitted through the boarding pass—including their personal details, ID upload, and signed agreements. It’s especially useful in cases like damage disputes, chargebacks, or any scenario where you need proof that the guest stayed at your property.

How do you download a verification report in Enso Connect?
Once a guest has completed all required verification steps, a download verification report button appears on the guest panel’s right-hand side. You can only download the report after all their information has been submitted.

What’s included in the verification report?
The report contains:

  • The signed rental agreement (if one is set up)

  • Submission details (date, device type, IP address, city, region, latitude/longitude)

  • Uploaded documents like IDs

This data serves as solid evidence that the guest followed your check-in process and physically accessed the property.
