How to set up checkout instructions?

From the Guest Journey Editor

Step 1: Go to Listings (the second icon featuring a building).

Step 2: Hover your cursor over the right side of the listing group tab.

Step 3: Click Manage guest journey.

Step 4: Scroll down to check-out instructions.

Step 5: Click Check-out Instructions.

Step 6: Click Add Step.

Step 7: Click Create from scratch.

Step 8: Choose whether to add your upsell to all your listings, your current listing group, or this current listing.

❗ Note: By default, it is set to this listing.

Step 9: Add Condition.

Step 10: Upload an image related to the step by clicking Browse.

Step 11: Write the instructions explaining the photo.

  • Photo: Light switches/Light bulbs

  • Instructions: Please turn off the lights. </aside>

βœ… Tip: Keep your checkout instructions concise – aim for three to four straightforward steps. Anything longer, and there's a good chance your guests might not bother reading through it all. Keep it short and sweet!

Step 12: Add personalized text > Choose from the list of fields.

Step 13: Click Save.


From the listing View

Step 1: Go to Listings (the second icon featuring a building).

Step 2: Select a property.

Step 3: Under Listing Information, select Check-in & Check-out.

Step 4: Enter Check-in & checkout times.

Step 5: Under Checkout information, click Add step.

Step 6: Click Create from scratch.

Step 7: Choose whether to add your upsell to all your listings, your current listing group, or this current listing.

❗ Note: By default, it is set to this listing.

Step 8: Add Condition.
