How do check-in instructions work?

Check-in instructions appear in the boarding pass, not in your messages. The goal of the boarding pass is to provide a seamless check-in process, even for access to your property or room. Boarding passes streamline guest check-ins and automate the delivery of key information.

To set up boarding pass functionalities, navigate to the check-in instructions settings within the guest journey editor and set up the required steps to guide your guests through the check-in process. Ensure these steps include generating door codes by linking your smart lock systems. You'll need to integrate your smart lock details into the check-in steps to allow automatic code generation.

If you are using devices within Enso, the step that you want your access code to be shown will need to be applied at an individual listing level.
