Guidebooks help you provide guests with everything they need to know about the property and its surroundings — in a clear, polished, and mobile-friendly format.
You can build guidebooks from scratch, from templates, or by copying an existing guidebook, and customize them with sections like local recommendations, house rules, amenities, and more.
Step 1: Navigate to the Guidebooks section
Choose one of the following options:
Use a Recommended Template
Click Add Guidebook to create your own from scratch or by copying an existing guidebook
Step 2: Create your guidebook
1) Choose the language
We support multilingual customization for guidebooks, allowing you to translate your guidebooks based on the language preferences of your guests.
❗ Notes:
You will need to translate the guidebook for each language you want to make available for your guests.
Guests will see the guidebook in their preferred language we received from your PMS or from your Boarding Pass Collected fields.
If no preferred language is set, the content will default to English.
2) Choose where the guidebook applies
Assign the guidebook to:
All listings
A listing group
A specific listing
3) Set the guidebook display condition
Choose when the guidebook should appear for the guest.
Note ‼️
Conditions are absolute — the guidebook will only show if the condition is met (or multiple selected conditions are met).
4) Add a title, description and main image
Name your guidebook
Upload or update the main image — this appears at the top of the guidebook
Step 3: Build your guidebook content
Your guidebook is built using content blocks (fields). To add sections:
Click Add Field
Select the type of content you want to add
Populate and customize your guidebook sections
Drag and drop to reorder sections anytime
Learn more about Guidebook fields here.
Step 4: Save and publish
Once your guidebook is ready:
Review your sections
Confirm language + listing assignment
Click Save
That’s it — your guidebook is live and ready for guests!
Guidebook not appearing for guests?
Check:
The listing (or group) assignment is correct
The conditions are correctly set
The guest meets the condition requirements
The guidebook translation is completed
Best practices
Use templates for fast set up and consistent formatting
Keep sections short and scannable (most guests read on mobile)
Use headers + summary for fast navigation
Add buttons for key actions (WiFi portal, maps, upsells)
Always test your guidebook from the guest view before publishing
