Check-in instructions are typically released 30 minutes before check-in time, in order to encourage guests to purchase early check-in upsells if they would like to arrive early. However, you may want to release your check-in instructions earlier than this, either for a specific guest, or for all of your guests!
1. Go to the Listings tab in Enso, and select the listing group that you would like to change the check-in instruction release time for.
2. Select Guest Verification, then Add verification settings, then choose Create from scratch.
3. Scroll down to Permissions, then make sure Hide check-in directions until specific time is toggled on. Below that, you can select how long before check-in time that check-in directions will be released. Then, click Save.
Now, you can change the time that check-in instructions are released for a listing group permanently. Even with this set up, there may be some cases when you want to release check-in instructions earlier for a specific guest. Here’s how!
1. Go to the Messages tab in Enso, and select the guest that you would like to release check-in instructions earlier for from the list.
2. Click the icon in the top right corner to open the booking panel.
3. Click on the arrow to see all the details of their boarding pass.
4. Select the three dots beside Check In, and click on Release.
Now you have released the check-in instructions early for that specific guest and booking!
