The first step to building out your guest journey is to create listing groups.
These groups can be sorted by location, property manager, building, etc. to help make your Enso setup more convenient. You will be able to set everything up in your listing groups at an ‘All listing,’ ‘Group listing,’ or ‘Individual listing’ level, so please keep this in mind when creating your groups.
Create a Listing Group
1. Go to Listings (the second icon on the left panel)
2. Click Create Listing Group.
3. Name the group.
We recommend grouping your listings based on common features such as location, property manager, building, owner, HOA, and the like. This will make it simpler to set up the next steps.
4. Select the listings that will be within the group.
This list automatically filters out listings that are already a part of a group to avoid duplications. To move the listing from one group to another, go to that specific listing and change the listing group from the header page.
5. Click Save.

Think about how you'd like the guests to interact with the Boarding Pass and which listings can be set up under the same journey.
The settings can be applied to All Listings, Listing Group, or Specific Listings - we recommend keeping it at the listing group level for easier troubleshooting.
Common Questions and Answers:
Can I assign a listing to multiple groups?
No. This is to ensure that the listing stays aligned with the listing group's Guest Journey that you will be setting up.
I do not see the listing in the available list.
Check if the listing is already a part of a group. If so, remove it from the group before proceeding.
Check that the listing has finished importing into Enso Connect. If you do not see the listing when searching for it in the search box, run a manual listing sync by going into Business Settings (5th icon) > Connected Accounts > Select your PMS.> Click 'Manually Sync Listings'. This will trigger a listing sync from your PMS which takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the number of listings you currently have.
Allow it to finish and try again after the timeframe mentioned.
