When creating an early check-in or late check-out upsell, you may want the option to charge different rates based on how early or late your guest is staying. Here’s how!
Go to the Listings tab in Enso, and select the listing group or listing that you would like to add early-check in or late check-out to.
Within the guest journey section for your listing group, select Upsells. Then, choose Arrange for an early check-in or Arrange for a late check-out from the recommended upsell section, and click Get Started.
Then, scroll down and select Create upsell option. Fill in the information for each check-in or check-out option, such as the name, time and price.
Select the time of each early check-in or late check-out by clicking on the time icon and using the clock to select the time that you want to offer for that particular option. Then click OK.
Click save.
Now your guests can enjoy different check-in or check-out times with different prices per hour!
💡Pro tips:
You can still proceed with the steps and charge $0 if you would like to provide your guest the option of an early check-in for free. This will ensure that the guest has access to the check-in instructions based on the updated check-in time.
Upsells are, by default, manually reviewed and approved. You can turn this off if you think an early check-in doesn't need to be manually handled.
Verify that you have enabled upsell notifications. Enter your Business Settings > Users > Choose a User > Notifications > Custom > Check "When guest purchases/pays for" to accomplish this.
