Guesty, Lodgify and Hostaway OTA Messaging Support

This applies to Guesty, Hostaway and Lodgify users only.

As of June 2025, OTA messaging is supported for VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, and Homeaway. Your message deliverability and formatting will be improved for these channels!

We recommend updating your automated messages for these booking channels by selecting the OTA message option:

This may need to be done to the rest of the automated messages set up in the listing group.

Caveats

Hostaway: When hosts send a message from Hostaway, it will only sync back to Enso when the guest replies to that message.
