How to follow up with guests who have not completed their verification

Sometimes, guests may forget to complete their verification, which would prevent them from receiving their boarding pass and accessing their check-in instructions. In these cases, sending a follow-up message is very helpful. Here’s how!

  1. Go to the Listings tab in Enso, and select the listing group or listing that you would like to follow-up with guest verification for.

  2. Select Pre Check-in. Next, select Add workflow, then select Create from scratch.

  3. Within the Pre Check-in Message settings, fill in the Name and the When section, which decides when this message will be sent out to the guest, and toggle the workflow on. Next, select Add Condition under Only If.

  4. Under Field, select If Booking Tags. Then, under Comparison, select does not contain. Then, choose Verified from the options.

  5. Under Then, select Add action. Next, decide how you want the message to be sent, who you want it to be sent to, and fill in the boxes with a message to remind your guests to complete their verification.

  6. Finally, click Done, then Save.

Now you should be able to send out reminders to guests who have not completed their verification. You could even create multiple reminders at different times leading up to a booking!
