You can easily create a new contact and communicate with them through multiple channels, all within our platform. This means you won't have to switch to another platform to message them - you can do it right away after adding their contact information.
Add a new contact
Simply click on the Add Contact button at the top of your inbox.
Add in the type of contact (Guest, Owner, Cleaner, Maintenance), their name, phone number and email address.
Once added, your new contact will come up on your inbox with their corresponding contact type and all the communications channels available based on their contact information.
It will also be automatically classified in the Owners, Cleaners or Maintenance tabs.
