All about our revamped Inbox

We are excited to announce the launch of our revamped Inbox! We have made some significant updates to make it easier for you to manage and organize your inbox.

With these updates, you will now have a wider range of choices for organizing, managing, and communicating within your inbox. This will help you easily locate the most important conversations for your team.

Filtering your conversations with Views

The new Views feature is designed to make your communication experience even more efficient and organized. You can now easily create personalized filters to quickly access specific messages, such as those assigned to team members or related to important topics. Each view can be customized with a unique name, description, icon, and color for easy identification. You will also have the flexibility to edit, duplicate, rename, or delete views as needed. Plus, you can choose to make views public for team-wide access or keep them private.

Achieving Inbox Zero

Achieve Inbox Zero by organizing messages into categories such as to-do, follow-up, resolved, or snooze for later. This will not only help you effectively manage your messages, but also keep your inbox clean and clutter-free. Any assigned messages will be easily accessible and new ones will automatically be added to your to do list. If you need to respond, simply select 'Resolve' to move the message to the resolved tab. Or, if it's not urgent, you can snooze it and it will temporarily be placed in the follow-up tab. These tabs make it easy to review and take action on your messages, making inbox management a breeze.

Adding notes to your conversations

Stay connected with your team and stay on top of any important updates or follow-ups. With our new Notes feature, you can easily add internal comments or notes to your conversations. This will be useful in providing important context for your team to reference, or as a helpful reminder for you to revisit a conversation at a later time.

Adding contacts for easier communication

We've added a new icon at the top for you to add new contacts. This feature is especially useful for staying in touch with cleaners, maintenance staff, or owners through Enso's inbox. Simply create a new contact and you'll be able to communicate with them through multiple channels. No need to switch to another platform - you can message them right away after adding their contact information.

Staying on top of maintenance and cleaning duties

By simply clicking on a guest, you can assign a follower to keep track of their interactions. This is especially helpful for assigning tasks to cleaners, maintenance workers, or owners. It ensures that everyone knows who is responsible for each guest. It's quite similar to the assignment feature, but followers do not need an Enso account.
