Inbox Views

Customized filters in your inbox!

You can now filter your conversations with our new Inbox Views. This will help your team quickly locate conversations and stay on top of your inbox.


Creating Views

To create your first view, click on Create View.

Select the relevant filters for messages you would like to have quick access to.

πŸ’‘ Keep in mind that depending on the filter, they will work as and/or commands.

For example, you can use the filter Assigned property manager name and create a view for the guest a specific team member is taking care of. Click Continue to finish creating your view.

After choosing your filters, give your view a Name, Description, Icon and Color to customize how the view will look on your Inbox. Then click Save.

Your new view will now show under Saved Views.

Next time you need to create another view, simply click on + New View.

Editing Views

If you ever need to edit an existing view, simply navigate to the three-dot button next to your it and click on Edit View. From here, you will be able to add or remove filters and save your changes.

Duplicating Views

You can also duplicate any of your saved views and edit them. To duplicate, simply navigate to the three-dot button next to your saved view and click on Duplicate. This will immediately recreate your view as (Duplicated).

πŸ’‘ You can also easily rename your views by clicking on the notepad icon next to each view.


Public and Private Views

πŸ’‘ Public Views are visible to your entire team and are listed under the General Views section.

πŸ’‘ Private Views are only visible to the team member that has created the view and are listed under the Saved Views section.

All the views you create will be add to Saved Views as Private Views. You can make a view public for your entire team by simply navigating to the three-dot button next to your saved view and clicking on Make Public. This will move the view to the section General Views.

If you ever want to hide a view from your team, you can follow the same process to make it a Private view and move it back to the section Saved Views.

Deleting Views

You can also delete any of the views you create by navigating to the three-dot button next to your saved view and clicking on Delete. You will always be prompted to confirm your deletion!
