Deleting a Listing Group - Step-by-Step Guide

If you need to reorganize how your listings are distributed into groups, you may need to delete an existing group.

Here are the steps to delete a listing group.

  1. Navigate to Listings and click "Manage Guest Journey" in a group.

  2. Click "Edit" on the right-hand side.

  3. Click "Delete Listing Group."

  4. Confirm your action.

Once deleted, the listings will no longer belong to any group. You can then add them to existing groups or create a new group for these unassigned listings.

Note

  1. Unassigned listings will use default verification settings: guests must enter their details, but ID uploads, fees, and agreements won't be required. Access codes will be released 2 hours before check-in.

  2. Any bookings confirmed while a listing is unassigned will receive the Verified tag once guests enter their details. If you later add the listing to a group with verification requirements, guests will need to refresh their Boarding Pass to see the updated requirements.
