The Listings section is where you can add and manage the products, services, or offerings that your business provides.

This section focuses on the segregation of your listings into groups in order to set up the Guest Journey for each group, or a subset of the guests within one group.

The setup made within this section of your account directly affects how the Boarding Pass will be presented to the guest—Guest Journey.

A listing group is a group of listings with similar aspects that will allow you to simplify the conditions and workflows, as all the listings within the group will follow the same flow.

📱Guest Journey & Boarding Pass

The core guest experience that your guests will go through combining both the automated messages and the Boarding Pass.
