Custom domains allow you to have a custom Boarding Pass link for your guests instead of the default link that Enso Connect provides.

What you need to prepare
A team member who is familiar with DNS records, as we will not be able to move forward if you are unfamiliar with how to set this up on your end.
Make sure that your new domain doesn’t conflict with any existing domains.
You can test this by visiting the page and making sure nothing loads.
This can be any subdomain of your existing website domain, i.e. if you own yourdomain.com, then you can use guest.yourdomain.com as the Boarding Pass link.
After the DNS records propagate, the final step is changing the automessages currently set up in your account; <keycard_link> will no longer be used as the Boarding Pass link.
You'll need to change any instance of "<keycard_link>" in your automated messages to "https://guest.yourdomain.com?auth=<keycard_code>”.
