Custom domains allows you to have a custom Boarding Pass link for your guests instead of the default link that Enso Connect provides.

To set up custom domains, you can schedule a call using this link.

What you need to prepare

Please make sure to have a team member who is familiar with DNS records, as we will not be able to move forward if you are unfamiliar with how to set this up on your end.

  • Make sure their new domain doesn’t conflict with any existing domains (visit the page and make sure nothing loads).

  • This can be any subdomain of their existing website domain, i.e. if they own yourdomain.com, then can use guest.yourdomain.com as their Boarding Pass link.

After the DNS records propagate, the final step is changing the automessages currently setup in your account; <keycard_link> will no longer be used as the Boarding Pass link.

You'll be able to access the boarding pass using your new domain; you can test this by replacing "guest.ensoconnect.com" with “X” on any valid boarding pass link. You may need to access the link on your phone or reset your browser cache if this doesn't work immediately.

Finally, to start sending auto messages to your guests using the new link, you'll need to change any instance of "<keycard_link>" in your automated messages to "https://X?auth=<keycard_code>”.
