How do notifications work in Enso Connect?
Notifications in Enso Connect help you keep your team informed via SMS, email, or mobile app alerts.
Where do you manage them?
Go to Business Settings > Users, and under the Notifications tab (next to Permissions and Assigned Listing Groups), you can configure exactly who gets notified—and how.
What types of notifications can you set up?
You have two options:
Essentials: Prebuilt, recommended notification presets (e.g. guest messages, verification issues, purchase requests).
Custom: Choose specific events to trigger notifications and decide whether they go out by SMS, email, or the Enso mobile app—to staff, cleaners, guest experience agents, or anyone else on your team.
