Why your console is not loading correctly

It seems that your Enso console does not go to the main console page; instead, it gets stuck at an empty white page.

This is often caused by a system timezone issue. Here are the steps to mitigate it!

Windows Computers:

  1. Ensure that your Location Services are turned on.

    1. Check Settings > Privacy and Security > Location > Location Services.

  2. Open Date and Time Settings and set timezone to Automatic.

    1. Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time > Turn on Set Timezone automatically.

MacOS Computers:

  1. System Settings > General > Date & Time > Turn on “Set time and date Automatically”

  2. Turn on “Set time zone automatically using your current location”.

Linux (Gnome) Devices:

  1. Go to Settings > Date and Time

  2. Turn on “Automatic Date & Time” and “Automatic Time Zone”.
