It seems that your Enso console does not go to the main console page; instead, it gets stuck at an empty white page.
This is often caused by a system timezone issue. Here are the steps to mitigate it!
Windows Computers:
Ensure that your Location Services are turned on.
Check Settings > Privacy and Security > Location > Location Services.
Open Date and Time Settings and set timezone to Automatic.
MacOS Computers:
System Settings > General > Date & Time > Turn on “Set time and date Automatically”
Turn on “Set time zone automatically using your current location”.
