How is the CRM divided?

The CRM has two key functions:

  1. Create Campaigns directly within Enso Connect

  2. Export Guest Data to external software platforms you already use—like MailChimp, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, and more.

This is exactly why the company is named Enso Connect—not Enso Disconnect. The goal is seamless integration with your existing tools.

Can I export data easily from Enso Connect?

Yes! Exporting guest data is now easier than ever.

  • Just select the filters or views you want from the list

  • Click on “Export”

  • Choose between .csv or .json file format

You can customize columns (e.g., show/hide names, emails, booking data), and we’ll email the export file to you.

How does the campaign system work?

If you'd prefer to use Enso Connect’s built-in campaign system, here’s how it works:

  • Click “New Campaign”

  • Select your target guest(s)

  • Name your campaign

  • Choose a time to send

  • Add conditions like:

    • Guest has booked more than 3 times

    • Guest has spent over $1,000

    • Guest has a positive sentiment score based on AI analysis

You can create as many campaigns as you like. You’ll also be able to view and manage upcoming campaigns from the Campaigns tab.
