What is the purpose of the CRM in Enso Connect?
There are three main reasons the CRM was built:
To help you quickly access information about specific guests.
To allow you to export all guest data Enso Connect has collected—because you own that data—so you can analyze what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus your efforts.
To enable targeted outreach to specific guest segments based on that data and the insights you uncover.
How do the views and filters work in the CRM?
On the left-hand side of the CRM, you’ll find pre-created views such as direct booking guests, happy guests, unhappy guests, top spenders, guests checking out, and guests with stay alteration requests. You can also apply your own filters using the left-hand panel, customizing what guest information you see.
Can you customize the data columns displayed in the CRM?
Yes, you can choose which data columns are shown. This customization directly impacts your data export—allowing you to decide whether to export specific columns via JSON or CSV formats.
How do campaigns work in the CRM?
Campaigns are built by selecting specific guests (e.g., one, two, or more) and then choosing when and under what conditions to send a message. Campaigns can include sending a direct message, triggering an ongoing webhook, or passing data to a third-party system.
Where does the CRM data come from, and how can it be used?
All guest data is collected through your interactions—such as messaging and the Boarding Pass. While you can gain insights through the Enso Connect dashboard, you also have the option to export the data for more advanced analysis using tools like AI models, Tableau, or other third-party systems.
How does the CRM help in daily operations?
The CRM is designed to make a wealth of guest data easily accessible, actionable, and free to use—helping you send reminders about events, notify guests of maintenance or fire alarm schedules, or simply engage in smarter guest communication. It’s a tool to help you use your data efficiently and effectively in your day-to-day operations.
