What is the priority inbox and how does it help with guest communication?
The priority inbox/view is a feature added based on user feedback to help you manage guest messages more efficiently. It surfaces only the conversations that need your attention, helping you stay organized and responsive.
What do the dots next to guest messages mean?
A gray dot means the message hasn’t been answered but it was read.
A blue dot means the message has not yet been answered nor read.
How does the priority inbox work?
When you switch to the priority inbox, it shows guests with unanswered or unread conversations. If you open a guest chat and everything has been resolved, you can archive it. Once archived, it disappears from the priority inbox but remains accessible in All Conversations if you ever need to reference it again.
How should I use the priority inbox in my daily workflow?
We recommend working from the priority inbox daily to focus on messages that require follow-up or attention. This helps you keep communication streamlined, timely, and under control.
