Review Reminders work just like automated messages. They’re templates triggered at guest check-out, using guest sentiment as a condition to determine whether a reminder to leave a review should be sent.
This means that if a guest has shown a positive sentiment throughout their stay, they’ll receive a reminder to leave a review. If not, the reminder won’t be sent.
To set up your Review Reminders:
Navigate to Listings
Select the Listing Group where you’d like to set up the reminders
Click Review Reminder under the Set up message automation section
Click Get Started
A general template will be created for you—please feel free to customize it as needed!
