How to set up review reminders

Review Reminders work just like automated messages. They’re templates triggered at guest check-out, using guest sentiment as a condition to determine whether a reminder to leave a review should be sent.

This means that if a guest has shown a positive sentiment throughout their stay, they’ll receive a reminder to leave a review. If not, the reminder won’t be sent.

To set up your Review Reminders:

  1. Navigate to Listings

  2. Select the Listing Group where you’d like to set up the reminders

  3. Click Review Reminder under the Set up message automation section

  4. Click Get Started

A general template will be created for you—please feel free to customize it as needed!
