The check-in instructions will not appear in the boarding pass until the guest has finished the verification procedure. In order to increase the likelihood that guests carefully review the check-in instructions, you can add a auto-message reminder to click the "I'm In" button.
Here’s how you can do just that!
You can include the following step in your check-in procedure:
On your Guest Journey editor, then select Check-in Auto-messages.
Create a new Auto-message from scratch.
Set the Auto-message to send around the check-in time. In the example, we used 1 hours after the check-in time but this can be customized.
Save the Auto-message.
Alternatively, you could also add another step in your check-in instructions reminding the guests to click the button on the last page.
On your Guest Journey editor, then select "Check-in and Check-out Instructions".
Click "Add step" button and select "Create from scratch".
Update the Connected Listing section based on how you'd like this instruction to be added across your listings.
Add a picture to the header.
Include the reminder text to click the "I’m In" button in the instruction section.
Additionally, you can send your guests an auto-message reminder before their check-in time, encouraging them to look through their Boarding Pass to find their check-in instructions!
1. Go to the Listings tab in Enso, and select the listing group or listing that you would like to send a check-in reminder message for.
2. Select Check-in. Then, select Get Started to customize your check-in auto-message.
3. Then, under the When section, you can adjust the time that guest check-in auto-message is sent out. You can also customize this based on conditions such as booking channel or number of nights in booking under the Only if section. Under Then, select the booking channel(s) you would like to use to send out your message and write a check-in message, or use the provided template.
4. Finally, click save.
Now, you have an auto-message reminding guests to open their Boarding Pass to access check-in instructions, as well as a reminder to click "I'm in!", so they can be marked as checked in and can thoroughly review each check-in step!
