The check-out instructions will not appear in the boarding pass until the guest has finished the check-in procedure. As such, in order to increase the likelihood that this occurs and prevent guests from contacting you regarding the checkout procedures, you can add a reminder in the last step of the check-in instructions reminding them to click the "I'm In" button.
Here’s how you can do just that!
You can include the following step in your check-in procedure:
Launch your Guest Journey editor, then select ‘Check-in & Checkout’
Click ‘Add step’ button and select ‘Create from scratch’
Update the Connected Listing section based on how you'd like this instruction to be added across your listings
Add a picture to the header
Include the reminder text to click the “I’m In” button in the instruction section
