The check-in instructions will not appear in the boarding pass until the guest has finished the verification procedure. In order to increase the likelihood that guests carefully review the check-in instructions, you can add a automessage reminder to click the "I'm In" button.
Here’s how you can do just that!
You can include the following step in your check-in procedure:
On your Guest Journey editor, then select Check-in Automessages.
Create a new Automessage from scratch.
Set the Automessage to send around the check-in time. In the example, we used 1 hours after the check-in time but this can be customized.
Save the Automessage.
Alternatively, you could also add another step in your check-in instructions reminding the guests to click the button on the last page.
On your Guest Journey editor, then select 'Check-in and Check-out Instructions'.
Click ‘Add step’ button and select ‘Create from scratch’
Update the Connected Listing section based on how you'd like this instruction to be added across your listings
Add a picture to the header
Include the reminder text to click the “I’m In” button in the instruction section.
