Pending Edits is where you review content proposals from EnsoAI before they go live. Open EnsoAI in the main navigation, then click Pending Edits.
Pending Edits is for content changes drafted by Ask EnsoAI (and other EnsoAI suggestions) that need review. It is not used for lookups (such as finding a booking), and some Ask EnsoAI actions apply immediately without appearing here—for example, reordering check-in steps.
What you will see
Proposals are grouped by:
The chat that created the edits
Where they apply (all listings, a listing group, or specific listings)
The content item (for example Wi‑Fi, a guidebook, a fee, or a check-in step)
The field that changed
You can filter by Pending, History, or All.
Open linked chat
From a Pending Edits card, use Open chat to open the EnsoAI chat that produced the suggestion.
Your own chats open as usual. To open another user’s linked chat, you need Edit on Pending Edits Linked Chats in Business Settings → Users → Permissions → EnsoAI (under EnsoAI Coworker). None keeps Open chat limited to chats you own.
With Edit, you can read the full thread. The message box and send button stay disabled on someone else’s chat, and rename or delete on that chat stay blocked. The pending-edit author on the card is unchanged. While that chat is open, the history row shows the owner’s name before the timestamp; switching to a different chat removes that row from the list.
Your normal EnsoAI chat history still lists only your own conversations. This permission appears on accounts with the EnsoAI builder widget enabled. There is no separate View level—only None or Edit. Admin-permission users default to Edit; team and read-only users default to None.
Save or discard
On a card: Save applies that card’s edits; Discard rejects them.
For everything still open on the page: Save All or Discard All.
A proposal in Pending Edits does not change live guest-facing content until you save it.
On some listing fields you may still see per-field Accept / Decline while a suggestion is pending. Use Pending Edits for Ask EnsoAI proposals that appear there.
How it fits with Ask EnsoAI and the Sandbox
Ask EnsoAI — describe a change or upload a file to draft content updates, or ask questions and look things up. Some actions apply immediately.
Pending Edits — review and save or discard content proposals before they go live.
Sandbox — test how EnsoAI would answer a guest from your current knowledge.
