Use Ask EnsoAI to add or update knowledge, review the results in Pending Edits, then use the Sandbox to test answers safely. Teach your AI is no longer a Sandbox mode.
Update content with Ask EnsoAI
Click Ask EnsoAI (the EnsoAI agent launcher).
Describe the facts you want EnsoAI to know (for example room layout, parking, pet policy, or appliance list), or attach a file. Supported uploads: PDF, Markdown (.md), plain text (.txt), CSV, and Excel (.xlsx). For a spreadsheet, use one row per listing. You can attach up to 5 files in a chat.
Open EnsoAI → Pending Edits, review the proposals, then Save All to apply them or Discard to reject them.
Test answers in the Sandbox
Open EnsoAI → Sandbox.
Choose the listing (or scope) you want to test.
Ask realistic guest questions to verify the new answers.
Note: Do not use the Sandbox + attach control to upload training files — it is disabled. Upload in Ask EnsoAI instead.
