The Sandbox is for testing how EnsoAI would answer a guest. It does not change your live knowledge until you save edits elsewhere.
In the left sidebar, click the EnsoAI icon, then click Sandbox.
At the bottom of the message editor, choose a listing (or another scope), then ask a question as if you were a guest:
If the answer is wrong or incomplete, do not train from the Sandbox. Click Ask EnsoAI, describe what should change (for example, update the Wi‑Fi password), and optionally attach a file. Ask EnsoAI accepts PDF, Markdown (.md), plain text (.txt), CSV, and Excel (.xlsx) files (up to 5 per chat).
Review the proposed changes in EnsoAI → Pending Edits, then Save All (or save on the individual card) to apply them, or Discard to drop them. Nothing goes live until you save.
After you save, return to the Sandbox and ask the same question again to confirm EnsoAI uses the updated content.
Note: The Sandbox may show a + attach control, but it is disabled. Upload files in Ask EnsoAI, not in the Sandbox.
