This article uses upsells as the example, but everything here applies to your fees, check-in steps, guidebooks, and checkout steps too.
Boarding Pass Page
At the top of the page, you'll find two buttons for viewing your content: Listing and Content.
Listing view
Shows your upsells organized by which listings they apply to — All Listings, Listing Groups, and specific listings.
Content view
This view is only available in the Upsells and Fees pages. Shows your content organized by type. Content types are pre-bucketed for now, but you'll soon be able to create your own folders. We will also have categories for a Content view in Guidebooks soon!
Upsells: Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, Extended Stays, Gap Nights, and Custom Upsells.
Fees: Standard Fee, Pet Fee, Custom Fee, Security Deposit Hold, Security Deposit or Damage Waiver, Optional Damage Waiver.
💡 Tip: Upsells and Fees created from a template automatically land in the right content type; upsells created from scratch go into "Custom." One more reason to use a template when one exists.
Think of It Like Folders
Certain content applies to all listings and will appear in every group. Other content is specific to just one group, such as a mid-stay cleaning that shows only for London, or a pet fee that appears only for your Houses-type properties. Some content covers a few groups, like a private chef available in Nashville, New York, and Scottsdale/Phoenix. Finally, some items are linked to a single listing, such as a golf cart or a utility fee associated with one specific property.
The goal: at a glance, you always know what applies to all listings, what applies to a group, and what applies to a specific listing.
You can also filter by specific groups or listings you want review the content for by using the dropdown menu at the top left to select between All Listings, Groups or Listings.
And if you click on the filter icon next to each "folder" you can also review content for that specific listing or listing group.
