Does EnsoAI learn from past conversations?

Yes. You will see suggestions show up in the inbox, as well as the knowledge base to suggestions as EnsoAI picks up information it thinks should be added to the knowledge base without any prompts. It will be up to you to review and accept or reject them, like all other suggestions in the system.

Can I update many listings at once?

EnsoAI applies suggestions to different content types. Some of this content may be specific individual listing (like Amenities), some may be applied to content type like Guidebooks - which is shared among many listings.

Where do suggestion bubbles appear?

In the Inbox (live ops) and Sandbox (training).

Can I upload PDFs?

Yes, you can attach a PDF in the Sandbox when training AI. These PDFs will be converted to suggestions, that will be applied to your knoweldge base.

Can I edit directly inside the Knowledge Base page?

Yes, you can edit the knowledge base directly by clicking on individual items.
