Does EnsoAI learn from past conversations?
We’re rolling out logic that compares what AI predicted vs. what your team actually sent. This helps surface proactive suggestions (e.g., “Add these amenities you keep mentioning”) so you can confirm and save them to the right place.
Can I update many listings at once?
Today, knowledge is stored per listing. “Copy to multiple” and bulk patterns are being explored. For now, use Sandbox Enso AI Agent per property or standardize content blocks you paste per listing.
Where do suggestion bubbles appear?
In the Inbox (live ops) and Sandbox (training).
Can I upload PDFs?
Parsing PDFs is limited today. Paste clean text into the Enso AI Agent for best results.
Can I edit directly inside the Knowledge Base page?
Inline editing is in progress. For now, edit via listing details or add via the Inbox suggestion bubble/Sandbox agent.
