There may be situations where you want to bypass or cancel one of your regularly scheduled messages for a guest. For instance, this could occur if it is an owner or returning guest staying at the listing, since they may not need to be verified or receive verification messages.
1. Go to the Messages tab in Enso, and select the guest who you would like to cancel a scheduled message for from the list.
2. Select Auto-messages from the top panel. Choose which auto-message you would like to cancel for the guest from the list.
3. Select the red Cancel button.
Now, you can cancel scheduled messages for certain guests, right in your inbox!
