How to Retrieve the guest's Boarding Pass link

The Boarding Pass is the primary driver of the guest journey in Enso Connect.

To retrieve the guest's Boarding Pass link;

  1. Go into the Inbox.

  2. Select the guest.

  3. Click the '+' icon in the message compose box.

  4. Click 'Boarding Pass link'.

Alternatively, you can click the 'View Boarding Pass' button on the booking panel and copy the link. Here's how:
