How can I translate incoming messages from guests?

In some cases, you may need to translate messages in order to be able to communicate with guests. Here’s how!

  1. Go to the Business Settings tab in Enso.

  2. Select Users. Then, select the user that you would like to adjust the language settings for.

  3. Once you have selected the user, click on the No Language Selected button, and choose the language that you would like incoming messages from guests to be translated into.

  4. Finally, click save.

Now you should be able to communicate with guests who speak different languages, and have their messages be translated!
